AHA Friends and Family CPR

The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

AHA BLS for the HealthCare Provider

BLS course is designed for healthcare professionals to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Course content covers adult, child, and infant CPR, AED, and choking management.

AHA HeartSaver CPR and AED

Heartsaver is 3.5 hour CPR AED course designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Course content covers adult, child, and infant CPR, AED, and choking management.

AHA Heartsaver First Aid Training

This course treaches first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including recognition, calling for help, and performing lifesaving skills. The course may be combined with Heartsaver CPR and AED or taken on its own and is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Course content covers:First aid basics, Medical emergencies, Injury Management, Environmental emergencies, Preventing illness and injury

Aging Sensitivity & Empathy Simulation Training

2-hour interactive experience helps participants understand the physiological and psychological barriers the aging population face. Class is presented through a series of simulation props and discussion. Class is suitable for any person in personal or professional relationships related to catering to the elderly.
